Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #3 is a blended bourbon made from three sourced, straight bourbon whiskies. 45% of the blend is composed of a 13-year-old Indiana bourbon made of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley; 32% is made from a 13-year-old Kentucky bourbon made from 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley; and 23% consists of a 10-year-old Kentucky bourbon made from 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley.
