Smoky sweetness thanks to American white oak and mesquite
A process combining two separate charcoal filtration methods is used in the production process. During the first filtration, charcoal from American white oak is used; in a second process, Texan mesquite wood is used. These woody plants give the bourbon its unique taste and a smoky sweetness.
But that’s not all. When ripe, this bourbon offers delicious notes of caramel, pear, vanilla, citrus and spices. A subtle and smoky finish follows. This bourbon is unique – an expressive whiskey that you should enjoy best on the rocks or pure.
